Redline is an intensive conflict resolution training program designed for teachers and administrators, focusing on effective strategies for managing highly emotional conflicts in educational settings. It equips participants with the skills to navigate tense situations while maintaining emotional composure and keeping themselves below the "Redline" state of heightened stress or frustration.

RedZone
Redzone has the same goal of training participants to manage highly emotional conflict, but is customized to specific scenarios that a coach or athletic director might come across.
